A: Freeport High School Class of 1978 is having a 50th Birthday Bash
this year since many of us are turning 50. Let's have a class
party!!
Q: What date is the Birthday Bash?
A: Saturday, June 12, 2010
Q: Where will the 50th Birthday Bash be held?
A: The Eagle's Club (former Lee's Market Building), 1200 W. Galena Ave. in
Freeport
Q: Why?
A: Why not! You KNOW we'll have super party!
Q: Will there be any activities Friday
night or Saturday during the day?
A: Yes. Friday night is an unofficial gathering at Eilert's,
1100 W. Galena Ave. (next to the bowling ally).
A High School tour is also being planned but FHS can't confirm until after May 1 - so check back if interested for more info.
Q: What's the cost to attend the
reunion?
A: $15 per classmate & $15 spouse/guest
(includes classmate spouse)
You can also pay $5 at the door if arriving 9:00 pm or later. But why would you want to miss the PARTY from 6 - 9??????
Classmates who are married to each other - if you are bringing someone else instead, we don't care, the price is the same. Just list the name of the person you are coming with so we can make a name tag for them!
Q: Will there be a class directory?
A: No, not for this event.
Q: What should I wear to the Birthday
Bash?
A: Please wear whatever you are comfortable in. Except your birthday
suit. Sorry, there's a minor dress code we have to observe. Even
though it's our birthday party... sorry.... arrange your own private
party afterwards...
At the last reunion everyone wore anything from fancy dresses and suits to blue jeans and T-shirts and anything in between.
Q: Will there be food at the reunion?
A: Yes! There will be sandwiches and hors d'eouvres from 6 - 9
pm. And birthday cake!! A cash bar will be available also.

A: 6:00 – 9:30 PM Party
and Program, Food and Cash Bar
